To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the conditioned you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please first contact us at
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.

(a.o.t.) is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded.

Please ensure the item is carefully packed. (a.o.t.) cannot be held responsible for lost items, and we advise that you keep all proof of delivery and tracking information until the refund is processed.

Recieve a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

Damaged Items

In the event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos of the item. Once we have processed your request, we will send you a replacement piece.
