By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

2. ORDER SUMMARY

When you place an order with (a.o.t.), you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and cannot be treated as legally binding. At this point, nakedcph.com still reserves the right to cancel the order if there is an error in pricing or availability. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you right away to cancel.

 

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The base currency for the prices on aotstudio.com is Danish Kroner (DKK). All orders on aotstudio.com are processed in DKK, using the latest exchange rates determined by Shopify and updated hourly. All product prices include Danish VAT (25%). Prices are without shipping or other services that (a.o.t.) ApS might offer. When you complete a purchase on aotstudio.com, the purchase total will be charged from your bank account, when the order is processed by (a.o.t.) ApS, which usually happens within 3 working days.

Aotstudio.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card. All information is sent securely to aotstudio.com, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection this prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. (a.o.t.) ApS does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.

 

4. TAXES

Note that local import charges such as customs duty and sales tax may occur, depending on the customer’s region and country. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

5. DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is completed on aotstudio.com, it will be shipped from one of our Copenhagen addresses normally within 1-3 working days. Some products on aotstudio.com are made-to-order and therefore require up to 4 weeks of production and handling time, before they can be shipped. This information appears on each product page on aotstudio.com. Kindly note, that products that are made-to-order cannot be returned nor refunded. Please note that delivery times are merely an estimate and are provided as a guideline. They are valid from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. The estimated delivery times do not consider any possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.

7. CLAIMS / RECLAMATION

All products bought from aotstudio.com have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Please send an email to hello@aotstudio.com with "Claims" as the subject. Please include your order number, description of the defect, and pictures showing the product and the defect.

If you should receive damaged goods following the delivery of the product/products, please inform us  immediately at hello@aotstudio.com (within 14 days) to ensure that we can process your claim on time.

In the case of damage, please take care not to throw away any original packaging (cardboard boxes or plastic bags). We use this for investigation purposes and are unable to assist you without it.

We will contact you after we have processed the claim, which can take up to 14 days.

 

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

9. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
